Important Note about Tickets: 

  • Online ticket sales will close at 12:00 noon on Sat 5/5. 
  • Tickets purchased online after Wed 5/2 will not be mailed and will be available for pick-up at Will Call, which is located at Home A on the tour. 
  • The Address for Will Call / Home A is: 16555 Las Casas Place, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272. 
  • Will Call will be open from 11 AM - 1 PM (tour goes on until 4 PM).  
  • Please visit us at Will Call on Sun 5/6 if you did not receive all of your tickets in the mail or if you wish to purchase additional tickets after online registration closes.

General Information

Four times a year (twice in the Spring and twice in the Fall), The American Institute of Architects Los Angeles invites you to join us for our Home Tour series, featuring beautiful houses by Los Angeles's leading architects. You can see the homes, talk to the architects, and discover new designs for living.

How the tours work:
Houses are typically open from 11am - 4pm. Attendees receive a ticket, map, driving directions and information on each of the tour homes. Docents and members of the design team (schedule permitting) are available at each of the homes to answer questions and guide you through the houses.

The tour is recommended for guests 12 years old and up. There is no discount for children or babies in arms.

Tickets:

  • Non-Member: $75/ticket
  • AIA Member: $65/ticket

(Tickets are mailed out approximately 1-week prior to the tour and contains addresses/directions to each home)

Information:

  • Tours are self-driven.
  • Architects/Designers and Docents are available at each home to answer questions.
