New Statewide Storm Water NPDES Permit Requirement
The presentation will focus on the impacts of the New Statewide Storm Water Construction Permit that becomes effective July 1, 2010. The Permits impacts on Land Use, LID, Post Construction Best Management Practices and Project Profitability. This along with foals of the New Ventura Municipal Permit and the completion and future Los Angeles Municipal Permit create various challenges and considerations for New and Redevelopment Projects.
