You are invited to the Entrepreneurship & Innovation in AEC event Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 7-9pm (doors at 6pm). The event is co-hosted by the AIA Los Angeles and the ZeroSixty Accelerator and will take place at the A+D Museum, located at 900 E. 4th Street Los Angeles, CA 90013.
Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) firms must be forward thinking and innovative to stay competitive in today’s market. Taking a page from the tech industry, leading AEC firms along with a number of incubators and accelerators are producing the next wave of companies committed to providing innovation and disruption in our industry. These startups play a key role in reshaping many key aspects of our industry in an era of rapid change, growing complexity, and building industry transformation.
Entrepreneurship and innovation in AEC will be the very focus of this event with participation from select startups, leading design / engineering firms and venture capitalist followed by a panel discussion on cultivating a startup business/culture within your own organization and establishing an entrepreneurial mindset for an entrepreneurial world with a focus on technology and innovation.
Objectives:
