The city’s Urban Design Studio (UDS) is updating Citywide Urban Design Guidelines to facilitate 360 Degree Design, Pedestrian First Design and Climate Adapted Design throughout Los Angeles.

Here’s a chance to share your thoughts before the Department of City Planning releases the Draft update for public review in March.

The Urban Design Studio invites you to bring your ideas to this special meeting of the AIA|LA’s Urban Design Committee. The Studio’s Claire Bowin will be on hand to brief members on the Guideline’s intent and proposed new structure before opening the meeting for a broader discussion and input from members, architects and designers.
