Renovation of a SFR in the Gregory Ain Mar Vista Tract. The project had lost contributing architectural designation due to loss of project vernacular as a result of an addition and transformation some thirty years ago. The renovation brought project back to its context within the 1947 G. Ain development. Not only part of the extraordinary Mar Vista Tract but also shows how projects once lost may return to a former glory.
