RFP for Properties for Delivery of Housing to LACCD Students (DW-25-02-RFP)

By this Request for Proposals (RFP), the District hereby extends an invitation to submit proposed Properties for Delivery of Student Housing to LACCD Students, in accordance with this RFP. With this RFP, the District seeks to:

• Identify opportunities to deliver housing for its students quickly and cost-effectively
• Leverage its bond dollars with other potential financing sources to provide more housing for students,
• Use an investment of bond dollars to acquire, lease and/or construct properties in a manner that makes it financially feasible for the District to offer low-cost housing to its housing-insecure students
• Select strong partners that will deliver quality housing as well as operate the units at the highest standards of property management.
