In Los Angeles, it is easy to feel disconnected from the living world, but this Mandeville Canyon home designed to act as a walk through a garden, embraces its relationship with nature. From floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass walls, to framed views of trees and garden flora, the experience within the residence is enlivened by its connection to the surrounding greenery. Designed to be a piece of art itself, the house is a sleek jewel box nestled within groupings of Sycamores and Ginko trees, pillow-y ferns, and a robust structured garden. In addition to showcasing its surrounding environment through strategically designed framed views to the outdoors, the house holds a lifetime’s collection of museum-worthy paintings, sculptures, and furniture.
