His firm specializes in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the hospital digital user experience, promote staff & patient safety, and optimize clinical operations. He brings a wealth of expertise to the panel as a moderator, combining deep technical knowledge with a strategic vision for addressing challenges in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

James Jones: CNIO at Cedars-Sinai
Jones most recently served as the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at Cedars Sinai where he was responsible for the integration of nursing and healthcare informatics across all care settings within Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital, Cedars-Sinai Medical Network, Huntington Health and the Academic Enterprise. James is a respected nursing informatics expert and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in nursing informatics. Jones provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure nurses and other frontline staff members are involved in the design and use of technology.

Denica Moodley: Director, Operational Transformation at CHLA
Currently serving as Director of Operational Transformation at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), Denica leverages her expertise in performance improvement, project management, and strategic planning to drive efficiency, enhance quality, and improve patient outcomes. Her background in nursing and consulting has provided her with a unique perspective on the challenges facing healthcare organizations, and she’s passionate about finding innovative solutions that make a real difference.

Scott Foral: Director of Healthcare Consulting at HDR Architecture
As the Director of Consulting, Scott provides overall leadership and direction to successfully integrate strategic priorities with operations and facilities. He is directly involved in the oversight of the Consulting group’s unique approach to planning that integrates strategic clinical, operational and facility planning to achieve sustainable solutions. He leads an inspired team fusing strategic thinking, clinical and operational perspectives and facility planning to break down barriers, innovate design and lean the delivery of facilities.
