Moderator:

John Arnold, AIA – Partner, KFA, LLP
John embraces the things he loves – KFA, its staff, its clients, and Los Angeles – and wants to help them be the best they can be. Since he joined the firm in 1999, he has cultivated deep experience in multi-family affordable and market-rate housing of all types: micro-units, lofts, senior housing, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and condominiums, as well as hotels. Throughout the design process, he is committed to working with clients and communities to create projects that best fit each site and program, always with the goal of enhancing the lives of the residents. When he’s not working late, John actively volunteers in his South LA neighborhood, lends his skills to Habitat for Humanity around the world, gardens with native plants, takes long hikes, and enjoys Indian food. In 2019, John was elected to the Board of Abode Communities Housing.
