Together, the HGA and DPR teams balanced tools and culture to deliver these results.

Stan Chiu – Vice President, HGA
Stan is a principal with more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare and higher education. He is a leader in Lean Design and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and has helped develop such core Lean IPD tools as Target Value Design and Set Based Design. Stan has lectured at national conferences and authored numerous articles on architecture, healthcare delivery, and Lean Design. His volunteer work includes serving on professional, educational and healthcare boards.
Anthony Munoz – Healthcare Project Manager, DPR
Anthony Muñoz is a Healthcare Project Manager and Lean Leader with DPR Construction. With over 13 years’ experience, Anthony has spent the last seven years on Collaborative Project Delivery projects including IPD, design-assist, and design-build. As a frequent attendant and occasional presenter at LCI events, Anthony is excited to share his experiences and hear of others’ strides to growing the Lean community and improving together
