Two hiring experts share their own unique perspectives on the current state of the architecture job market – and how you can make the right moves for your future, today and in the long term. One can give you insights from the firm point of view, the second expert has latest-data and job-market forecasting. Our special guests for this workshop are Jenna Knudsen (CO Architects) and Lily Bergmann (Bespoke Careers).

Lily is a seasoned recruiter who has developed an eagle eye for what firms want, and will enlighten us on what people should and should not do when pursuing a position at a new firm.

Together, they’ll provide insights that can help you change course on your current career journey, and will answer your questions about what the future may hold in the field we all love so much.
